berhenti.berharap.
Aku tak percaya lagi dengan apa yg kau beri
Aku terdampar disini tersudut menunggu mati
Aku pulang...tanpa dendam
Ku terima kekalahanku
Aku pulang...tanpa dendam
Ku salutkan kemenanganmu
Kau ajarkan aku bahagia kau ajarkan aku derita
Kau tunjukkan aku bahagia kau tunjukkan aku derita
Kau berikan aku bahagia kau berikan aku derita
Aku pulang...tanpa dendam
Ku terima kekalahanku
Rebahkan tangguhmu
Lepaskan perlahan
Kau akan mengerti...semua
Aku berhenti berharap dan menunggu datang gelap

Lesson Three: A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Management Lesson 3 - Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

Lesson Two: A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy."
"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients."
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly
spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.
Management Lesson 2 - Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there

Lesson 1: An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A Small Rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"
The eagle answered: "Sure, why not." So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Management Lesson 1 - To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up

think.big.and.kick.ass.
If you want to make it big, you’ve got to push yourself beyond your limits. You’ve got to push yourself up and get yourself into a hyper mental state. And you have to do this yourself. Nobody can do this for you. If you think big, big things come to you.
1. You must never give up
2. Every failure is a step on the way to success
3. Be your own person
4. Demand what you want in life
5. Do not let other people run your life
6. Do not let other people push you around
7. If someone crosses you, do not lie down and take it, fight back

horrible.malaysian.
1. Public transports
- Seats for the elderly, pregnant women and disabled are all taken up by those who are not from the said categories.
- Tattered cushion cover, screws popping out of the seats and random grafiti
2. Restrooms
- Smelly and sometimes overflowing or un-flushed
- No hygienic method of disposing sanitary pads.
3. On the road
- Road hogging, not indicating correctly, drunk driving, talking on the phone…the list goes on and on….
- Nosy buggers who’d stop their car to check out the aftermath of an accident.
4. Queuing up
- Cutting queues seem to be a norm among Malaysian, be it when getting food ast the restaurant, purchasing movie ticket or lining up at the bank to pay your bills.
5. Littering

Mungkin cara student sekarang lagi advance.
1. Tulis nota/formula kat casing calculator. Bukan calculator biasa tau, calculator scientific yg ada casing tu ye. Tulis dengan pensil, tulisan mesti kecil-kecil macam semut anak semut beratur. Namun ramai cikgu/pesyarah yg tak bagi student bawak masuk casing calculator. Kecewa!
2. Tulis nota atas permukaan pemadam. Yg ni lagi gigih ni…gigih meniru.
3. Tulis nota di tapak tangan, bawah lengan dan kemudian discover dengan memakai baju tangan panjang. Gigih dan kuat berusaha mereka yg gunakan cara ini.
4. Saling tiru-meniru kawan, baling kertas yg renyuk..kononnya nak buang kertas tu..padahal nak bagi kawan sebelah...cara ni susah dowh..
5. Bawak noto kecil, simpan dalam bra.Haihh!!!
6. Buku nota letak kat toilet. So kerap ke tandas nak buang air tengok nota.
Kreatif kan cara-cara nak meniru ni…cuba teka cara yg mana paling terkenal? Cara mana pulak yg pernah saya guna?...owh…jangan le fikir saya selalu guna semua cara..saya tak selalu meniru laa…

Pencil : I'm sorry...
Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.
Pencil: I'm sorry because you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time.
Eraser: That's true. But I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad. :)
I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational. Parents are like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes.
Sometimes along the way... they get hurt, and become smaller (older, and eventually pass on). Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad.
This is for all parents and children out there....

story.of.a.blind.girl.
There was a beautiful blind girl who hated herself just because she’s blind.
She hated everyone, except her loving fiance. He was always there for her.She said to her parents that if she could only see the world, she would marry her fiance.
“Just take care of my eyes dear.”

challenges.at.work.
YOU ARE IN CHARGE
Know that you can decide how you want to respond to anything. Eg. Nobody can make you feel bad or lose your cool if you don’t want to. In fact, you can make things happen instead of waiting for things to happen.
DON’T WORRY
Some things are beyond your control. Eg.unfair bosses, rude customers and even the economic crisis. Accept this and learn to work around then instead.
BE POSITIVE
ALL BOSSES EXPECT THE BEST WORK OUT OF YOU
Be good at what you do-if you are asked to do a job, make sure you know your work and what skills are required to produce the highest quality. Do not assume anything but find out through proper research and consult the experts either in person or through books.
Love what you do- love your work and be excited about it. See it as part of a bigger picture. Are you building something for the community? Are you providing a service for others? Are you developing something that no one has ever done before?
Have integrity- be honest with your bosses, colleagues, suppliers, clients and most importantly, yourself. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be discreet about company information and do not discuss internal problems with outsiders.
NOBODY IS GOING TO TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AT WORK
Have initiative- don’t always wait for others to take the lead. One good way to solve problems is to prevent them from starting. Remember that bosses promote those with leadership qualities.
Be independent- don’t rely on others to help you with your task or do the work for you. You have to stand on your own two feet.
YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE WILL BECOME OUTDATED WITH TIME
Challenge what you know- if you think that you are always right, you are already wrong. Be open to other ideas and suggestions. Regularly compare yourself with those who excel in their fields to see where you are.
Decide to keep learning- just because school is over does not mean that your education has ended. Learning is a life-long process. Learn from others and tap their wisdom. Enroll in courses. Read self-improvement books.
Go for the unknown- know what is in the market and move on from there. Be innovative and try new things, you just may be the pioneer of a revolutionary product or business idea. Sometimes, it may be wise to follow the crowd.
TEAMWORK
One person can only achieve so much at work. Major successes in history have been rhe result of teamwork between men and women of caliber. Team up and achieve great things.
SHARING CREDIT
Don’t be selfish about sharing credit especially when the other person deserves it. Be humble. Value the strengths of others instead of thinking about their weaknesses.
PUT YOURSELF IN HIS/HER SHOES
Working in a team requires you to understand the other person. Listen more than you talk
SET GOALS
To prevent yourself from drifting, you need to set work goals on a daily, weekly, monthly or even half-yearly basis. Be realistic when setting goals. Make sure these are within your overall career/ personal plans.
DRAW UP A PLAN
Achieve you goals by drawing up a schedule/action plan. Invest in a good organizer and refer to this consistenly to make sure that you are on track.
THINK BEFORE YOU ACT
